Our expansion is focused on three main lines:
- Organic growth based on Hosted Private and Hybrid Cloud, Business Continuity and Big Data services;
- Development of market share through acquisitions by external lines in Italy;
- Internationalization process of the company with focus on the European market, starting from Germany, within the Cloud4Europe project.
Profitability
Focus on margin growth and consolidation as a priority element of strategy, through upselling, higher value-added services, cost synergies and rationalization. This business model is also extremely scalable, within a market with solid growth prospects, so profitability can be maintained even in the face of significant growth.
Consolidation
In a company that also grows by external lines, it is essential to work on issues of integration, synergies and upselling. Both in Italy and abroad, we are pursuing paths of integration that aim to create economies of scale and scope and at the same time, to pool the services that each new company contributes. This allows for both process and governance consolidation and natural innovation in the offering.

We have a focus on sustainability issues in every aspect and at every level of our business operations.
