Offering Premium Cloud Services, in fact, foresees a rigorous business approach with respect to three pillars: assets, certifications and processes, which at WIIT are constantly maintained at the state of the art.

With the same philosophy, the Offer provides for the management of all those aspects that by definition are correlated: first of all Cyber Security, the flagship of WIIT services and the "other side of the coin" of the management of IT systems, without which the respect of SLAs would only a utopian objective.

A solid, experienced management team with diversified expertise in the ITC world and who have held key roles in leading digital transformation and business evolution initiatives for companies, whose motivation is the driving force behind the implementation of our growth strategy at European level. This has allowed us to present results in continuous growth, both organic and through acquisitions in Italy and abroad, with an ever-increasing focus on sustainability and the creation of shared value, anticipating the needs of a constantly evolving market.

We are deeply convinced that in order to deliver quality services with a high level of resilience, it is necessary to have End to End ownership and control of all service components, starting from Data Centers.
WIIT has 3 Data Centers in Italy with the highest levels of security and reliability, used to provide its Hosted Private and Hybrid Cloud, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity services, 2 of which are TIER IV certified by the International Uptime Institute, and we will continue to invest in innovative and reliable technologies.

In Germany we have 12 Data Centers of which 7 are on campus in Düsseldorf, 3 in Munich and 2 in Stralsund. Work is underway in Düsseldorf to build Germany's first TIER IV Data Center by the end of 2022.

WIIT a business model characterized by high barriers to entry, recurring revenues, multi-year contracts, a close to zero churn rate, high margins and significant cash generation:

• A steady and significant growth of all economic and financial indicators both organically, through upselling and acquisition of new clients, and through M&A both in Italy and abroad;
• Solid, ongoing cash generation and the ability to realize synergies to support margin confirm our leadership in our target markets.

Our strategic plan allows us to continue to grow at a higher rate than the reference market and to consolidate our position in Italy, both through organic development and M&A activity, becoming a market leader and in Europe by strengthening our presence in Germany, which already represents 50% of our turnover and EBITDA; all this with an open vision towards other markets, in line with the objectives of the Cloud4Europe project launched by the Group in coherence with its external growth strategies.

Finally, our proven ability to execute has enabled and will enable us to present record and steadily growing results, always in line with the sustainable development and value creation objectives we set ourselves.

Significant track record in M&A activity, 9 successful acquisitions since 2007 both in Italy and abroad:

• in Italy with the objective of consolidating smaller companies with a solid geographical presence and significant clients on which to upsell new services with greater added value, increase market share and achieve synergies;
• in Europe through strategic acquisitions to enter more effectively into target markets, leveraging recognized brands, a local sales force with established relationships and deep market knowledge, owned Data Centers.

The focus of acquisitions in Europe is on market players with a business model similar to that of WIIT or IT players that can be considered part of the WIIT current Value Chain (e.g. Data Center, Cloud IaaS) with a client base suitable for an upselling strategy and possibly multi-year contracts.

Since 2019, we have been publishing our Sustainability Report, thus providing our stakeholders with relevant and transparent information on our sustainability performance. Each year, we promote stakeholder engagement activities and measure ourselves against clear goals defined in the 2030 plan we presented and shared with the market.
